Grandpa Darrell was a sweet, special man with so much character and a fun, loving personality. I miss him already but am so thankful for his life and legacy. Eternally grateful he knew the Lord and is with Jesus now. A few verses that come to mind as a prayer for our family:
"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." - Romans 15:13
"We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." -Hebrews 6:17
"You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." - Isaiah 26:3
