I was so saddened to hear about Winnie's passing. We went to school together since
kindergarden at Coonville before it built Clara B Ford elementary and changed the name.
Winnie and I spent many days running around together and I spent many a "sleep over"
at her home on Ann Arbor Trail. I remember us sleeping in the front hall closet and pretending it was our own personal play room.
Winnie's Mom babysat many a day for my 3 boys and when I was moving to Detroit and needed a weekly babysitter, Her Mom suggested I hire her younger sister Judy and I did.
She lived with me for several years until she met her husband and moved on. I believe his name was Joe?
Elaine "Holda" Zvoch called me to let me know. We both shall remember her fondly.
