I knew Jerry at Verdugo Hills High in Tujunga, CA. We were not close as he was a dedicated athlete and I was a workaholic but we knew and respected each other. Jerry was an icon to me because of his commitment to his love of baseball and being an all around nice guy. Our paths continued to cross over the years and the last several years I was privileged to spend many hours sitting in his home discussing life's meaning. His commitment to Jesus, Camille and desire to be remembered as a good man leaves an indelible mark with me. I am so grateful to have had the privilege of sharing Jerry's wisdom these last several years. God Bless you my friend, I love you.
