Lindero Canyon Road in Westlake Village on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 10am with Father Jim Stehly officiating. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 1380 Fitzgerald Road in Simi Valley. Sara was born in Middletown, NY on May 11, 1989, the only daughter to parents, Ray Vasilev and Denise Dallons and was the loudest baby in the hospital nursery. She graduated from Oak View High School in 2007 and was awarded the Millie Andress Memorial Scholarship in recognition for her efforts to overcome difficult life challenges. She spent several years in retail and it was there that her excellent people skills blossomed. Sara also volunteered for a time at the Agoura Hills Animal Shelter and enjoyed it tremendously. Sara is remembered for her beauty, both inside and out, her contagious laugh, and her stubborn but nurturing spirit. She loved her family and was a big sister to her younger cousins. When she and her brothers got together they always had a great time and she could always make them laugh. She was very creative and enjoyed various crafts such as beading, crocheting, and sewing and she also had a natural talent for hairstyling and makeup artistry. She loved the color teal. When inspiration struck, she could cook up a great meal in the kitchen. Sara is survived by her parents, Ray Vasilev and Denise Dallons, three brothers, Christopher , Aleks, and Nikolai Vasilev, sister-in-law, Katie Longmire, her grandparents, Robert and Estela Dallons, and Inge Vasilev, her uncles, Dave Dallons and Carlos Gomes, aunts, Jizelle Gomes, Christine Vasilev, and Piper Dallons, her nieces, Kennedy and Cadence, and cousins Michael and Brian Vasilev, Nate and Bryelle Dallons, and Audrey Gomes.
