Marlin Stowers, brother to Nelda Taylor of Pahrump, Nevada, Donna Lee and Jerry Upshaw of Las Vegas, Nevada, Renee and Robert Bryan of Valencia, CA. Uncle to Tamara and Gary Stevens, Kevin Schantz, Keith Schantz and Karen Schantz. Great uncle to Sheryl and Christopher and Holly Schantz. Very good friend of Anthony Castro and David Hill. Marlin was born in Los Angeles in May, 1941 weighing only 2 1/2 pounds. He went to Saugus Elementary School and Wm. Hart High School. He lived his entire life either in Saugus, Newhall or Valencia. He was a very quiet person. He loved to walk and he took the bus and walked all over town. He also liked to go on the bus to the casinos. He was as a member of The Village Church in Newhall. Marlin was struck and killed by a car while crossing the street on November 20, 2013.
