Obituary of Anastasio Jose Salas Gonzalez

Please share a memory of Anastasio to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jose Anastacio “Nacho” Salas was born in Santiago Nexcaltitan, Tepechitlan, Zacatecas, Mexico on June 30th, 1963. His parents were Maclovia Gonzalez and Bandelio Salas. Nacho was the 7th of 12 children. His surviving siblings are Salvador, Irma, Francisco, Rogelio, Bandelio, Concepcion, Angelina, Martina, Manuel, Jesus and Maria. Nacho is also survived by his two children Shabat, Ernestina and their respective spouses Clarissa and Roger. Nacho’s two grandchildren are Isaac and Sebastian. Nacho was also survived by many nephews and nieces. He had the good fortune and privilege to see each one of them grow, and to be fully part of their lives. Nacho adored and loved his family, friends and dogs. His kind spirit and joking demeanor never failed to lighten the room in where he was. His spirit was kind, giving and loving. Anastacio enjoyed fishing, listening to music and watching movies as well as spending time with friends and extended family. Never lacking romanticism in his life he approached moments in his life with passion and excitement the likes you would only sea in a telenovela, which coincidently he was a big fan of. Nacho would do anything to see his “little girl” and “little boy” happy. His grandkids were his little babies. His jokes were a must when he was present and his laugh was contagious, anyone that was having a bad day would end up laughing when talking to him. When it came to making people laugh he would not disappoint, it was definitely a joy to be around him. The passing of Anastacio is heartfelt and sad. His remembrance will consist of the memories we shared with him. They are warm and sincere and those who knew him knew of his honesty and love. Funeral Service and Visitation will be held at Rose Family Funeral on January 29, 2020, Wednesday from 5pm to 9pm. Cremation will follow and ashes will be eventually brought to Mexico by the bereaved family. The Family wishes to extend their gratitude to their Family, Friends and Relatives who have supported them through their grief. Thank you everyone for the prayers and Condolences offered.
