My condolences to the family.
Sally was my best friend and we went to St. Rita's school together in the 5th grade. We also lived across the street from each other at that time in Solon, Ohio. Shortly after, my family moved to Louisiana and then Texas. We lost touch over the years, but I remember what a good friend she was to me.

Dear Glen,
MIke and I will miss Sally's sweet and loving presence. Over the years, we learned so much from her during our Marriage Encounter meetings. She always brought kindness, understanding and true friendship to our sharing. We'll especially miss her wonderful smile, encouraging words and genuine support during our monthly gatherings. God bless you both.

Deepest condolences to the family for your loss. My mom first brought my sister and I down to visit her cousin Glen ("Uncle Removed") and his wife Sally when I was in high school. Over the years, we visited several times, and since moving to LA, I've visited a few times on my own. I always loved the visits. Sally always made me feel so welcome. I'm very sorry I can't be there for the service. Lots of love to you all :)

My Aunt Mary and Uncle Tony gave me 3 great cousins, Sally, Toni & Jeannie and each of them gave me
unforgettable memories when I was very young and we would go and visit them in Solon, Ohio. Toni is the cousin who played me beautiful music on her piano, Jeannie was the cousin who grabbed a net and took me with her to catch butterflies and Sally was the cousin who was a calming influence to her very little cousin during an awful thunderstorm that literally shook their house one night! She sat on the side of my bed and told me that thunder was only God moving furniture around in heaven and rain was God crying and unfortunately, I can’t remember what she told me about lightening; however, that does not matter because what I remember are the arms and sweet voice of my cousin Sally encompassing me on that night! Glen you and all of your family were truly blessed with Sally in your lives and Jim and I are thinking of all of you at this time❤️

My condolence to all of the family and the heart ache you all are experiencing at this time.
I remember going over to my cousin Sally and Glen’s for a family gathering and Sally made these two amazing tasting quiches that were delicious! Several years later I was to be married and wanted to make a receipt book for my new husband and myself. Sally was one of the first person I called. I still have it in her own handwriting. Whenever I make them for my own family I think of her. Miss and love you Sally.

My deepest sympathy to Cousin Glen, Lisa and Leslie. Sally will be missed but never forgotten. The first fancy party I ever went to was Glen and Sally's wedding with my Grandparents Carl and Grace Arndt. I always thought the Amentini's could put on a great party. You were my second family for many years when I lived in LA, if I hadn't been transferred to San Diego I was in escrow to buy a house in Oak Park. I admired Sally so much, she reminded me of my Mother Dorothy Humpal and Aunt Dorothy Wilcox. They were all strong, gracious, giving and kind women. Sally treated me like family, a wonderful mother and friend. I loved shopping and decorating with her. She was really good at both and I always needed help. Thank you Sally for loving my grandparents and treating them wonderfully when they visited each year. When you lIved in Palos Verdes Sally and my best friend Debbie Perkins became tennis partners and I was so happy they enjoyed motherhood and family life. Sally was a fighter and is an inspiration to us all.
Susan is in Portland visiting Michael and Donald and I are in Kauai. We are all with you in spirit on Friday. We love you all. Kathy & Susan

Sally was my sons mother in-law. She was a very caring, sweat , loving lady who loved her husband and family very much. I especially loved to hear her talk about how she and her sisters would be in their basement making out with boys, and her mother. There was so much our family and Sally’s family had in common. We were very fortunate to know this dear lady and will miss her, but her memory will be with us forever.

Dear Glen,
Though I have not met you personally , I knew your Sally and loved her through our Prayer Shawl Ministry. She was such a warm and caring person. My now 19 year old grandson, Isaiah, had a kidney transplant when he was 16 and from then on, Sally always asked for him and we talked often about his condition and hers. She gave me such comfort each time.
Blessings to you and your family . We all have a new angel watching out for us!

Dear Glen and family,
We are deeply sorry for the loss of our dear Sally. Gone too soon and very unexpected. Our hearts break for all of you. Please know that you all will be in our prayers. Sally truly will be in God's kingdom. Remember Sally will be closer to you now more than ever as she will live inside your heart. We will sing with her every Sunday when we meet with heaven during communion when we sing the Hosanna. When we meet with Heaven during that very holy moment during the sacrifice, I imagine my parents and brother holding my hand singing in unison with them. Now I can hold Sallys hand too. May God Bless all of you!
love,
Margaret Santangelo and the women of the Prayer Shawl Ministry

I met my cousin Sally when I was seven when my Mom and younger moved in with her family in their house in Solon for a few months. As a kid what stood out to me most where here long black gloves she wore to work and her long black hair! I also have a vivid memory of Sally looking at Glen all googley-eyed when he came over and played pool in the basement with some of his friends. Even as a kid you could tell they was something special going on! As adults we did not see each other much except for some family get togethers but Sally spent a few months in Napa, California visiting her parents. We got to know each other by talking and playing some tennis. She was a warm and caring person who loved being with people. Though we did not see much of each other Sally and Glen were always in my mind and heart. She will be truly missed by all that knew her, Love cousin Vince.
