Very sorry to hear of Keith's passing. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
We worked together at the California Department of Corporations and later at the Department of Managed Health Care. He was always a great colleague and friend and his wisely considered advice helped me through some rough patches in the journey of life.
God bless him, and may he rise in glory and rest in peace.
