Obituary of Adam Michael Davey

In loving memory of Adam Michael Davey,

treasured father, devoted son, cherished brother, remarkable uncle, adored grandson and loyal friend.  His infectious laugh and smile brought joy to everyone he met.  Adam lived life to its fullest, leaving a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know him.  His ability to make friends effortlessly and spread happiness will be remembered and missed by all.

Adam was born March 5, 1978 and passed away January 2, 2024 at the age of 45.  Adam’s loss was completely unexpected and we are all utterly devastated.  Adam was raised in Agoura Hills, California with his parents and sisters and was the cutest baby and most precocious toddler.  As he got a little older, his athletic ability started to shine through.  He excelled at all sports growing up but was particularly exceptional on the baseball field.  He was so much fun to watch and always gave his all on the field.  He played through high school, loved every minute of it and made lifelong friends in the process.  After high school he worked hard, played hard and welcomed his two precious boys, Colton Michael Davey and Hayden Thomas Davey.  He loved them fiercely with all his heart and soul.  His boys were the heartbeat of his existence and the love he showered upon them was immeasurable.  Adam had the closest and most special bond with his parents, Michael and Francesca Davey.  The three of them shared such special moments and have memories that will last a lifetime and hopefully provide some comfort in the years to come.

Adam loved working at Hank’s Tire and made many lasting friendships through the years.  His customers and coworkers loved his bright, welcoming smile and he will be forever missed by everyone.

Life for Adam was a grand adventure to be embraced fully.  His enthusiasm, zest for adventure and willingness to seize every opportunity made him a priceless friend to many.  He turned ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.  He loved fixing up cars with Colton and watching Hayden crush it on the ballfield.  Weekends with family and friends at the ranch were his favorite and created the best memories for all of us to hold on to.

We know he is having his next great adventure with those we all miss and love; Manuel (Poopa) Silva, Frances (Booma) Silva, Tyler Davey, Warren (Papa) Davey, Kenneth Bowen and Devon Cobb.

Adam leaves behind his beautiful boys, Colton and Hayden, beloved mother and father, Francesca Davey and Michael Davey, loving sisters, Laurie Robinson and Lisa Cobb, brother-in-law, Will Robinson, nieces, Karli and Kendall Robinson, Madison and Makayla Cobb, nephew, Jacob Robinson, adoring grandmother, Violet (Gammy) Davey and countless aunts, uncles and cousins.

Adam’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those he loved and those who loved him in return.  May the memories of his kindness, laughter and zest for life comfort us as we celebrate the remarkable life of Adam Michael Davey on Sunday, January 28th from 1:00-5:00 at 12641 Spring Creek Court, Moorpark to honor the amazing soul we had the privilege of knowing and loving.
