My heart goes out to you Roy, Jan and Tracy,
Your mom was such a wonderful lady always with a smile on her face and a beautiful way about her. I still recall with such fondness coming to the house on Vanowen to get my hair cut by you, Jan. The house had a warmth about it, because of her. One of my favorite times was when my Mom and Dad were visiting from back east and we were trying to find a local bingo, as my parents enjoyed that. I was about to give up looking when I said "I bet Bev will know" so I drove by and parked at your house and after talking with your mom for about 10-15 minutes we were giving up on finding a bingo. I told her that mom and dad were in the car, and she said "what the heck (spelling?) are you doing, Rich? bring them in." Keep in mind they had never met my parents. We spent a couple of hours talking to your mom and dad and everybody had a great time. I love your parents. Who needed bingo? As I read this tears come to my eyes. We lost a great one.
