Timothy James Homan 1990-2011 Tim passed away on Friday July 29thfrom an auto accident. Tim was born in Westlake Village, California on September 9th, 1990 to parents James and Gwen (Homan)Dumas. As a child Tim was creative, thoughtful, full of energy and curiosity. Soon after Tim's third birthday hisparents Gwen and James welcomed their second son Alec and the two boys quickly became close friends. They shared many interests as well as talents includingbaseball, ice hockey and football. Tim was a loving and insightful brother, son, grandson and friend. His gentle and caring ways will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all. Tim attended Westlake High School and graduated in the class of 2008 and participated in activities such as football. Tim had a love for music, playing the guitar, drums, singing and song writing. He hoped music would be his life. Tim is survived by his mother and stepfather Gwen and Tom Dumas, and his brother Alec Homan all from Oxnard, his stepbrother Scott Dumas and stepsister Kelly Dumas both of Canoga Park. He is also survived by his grandmothers Katherine Wolf of Westlake Village, and Mary Ann Homan of Thousand Oaksand many aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as two nieces and a nephew. Tim is preceded in death by his father James Homan and his grandfather Eugene R. Wolf. A service for Timothy will be held on Friday morning August 5 at 10 at St. Judes Church 32032 W. LinderoCyn. Rd., Westlake Village. Immediately following the service the internment will be at Assumption Cemetery 1380 Fitzgerald St., Simi Valley. We will have an open house at 1:30 Friday at 1720 Licho Way, Oxnard, CA.
