“Aunt” Lucy and my mother Lida met and became best friends in Nursing School and did their nursing corps service together in Tacoma. She and mom remained friends up to my mom’s passing in 1998. For many years after, Aunt Lucy and I kept in touch via Christmas cards and letters. She and Uncle Jake were always so kind and loving. I hope memories of them both comfort all of the family. Rest with the angels, Aunt Lucy.
