Obituary of Donna J. Smith

Donna (Dau) Smith passed away unexpectedly at home on February 28, 2022 at the age of eighty-nine. Donna Joyce was born on October 31, 1932 and is survived by her husband of seventy-one years, Robert L. Smith. Both Donna and Bob were born in Nebraska and relocated to the San Fernando Valley early in their marriage. The couple lived in Simi Valley for the last two decades. Donna has joined many family members that went before her. She leaves behind daughter Sandra (Smith) Bellissimo of Whitefish, Montana, and son Robb Smith, of Gillsville, Georgia. Her indoor cats Junior and Grace miss her each day. Donna was blessed to have five granddaughters, one great grandson, two great granddaughters and one great-great grandson (another to be born mid-May). Bob and Donna enjoyed feeding feral cats; having lunch out daily; visiting local parks and watching game shows. Donna (Dau) Smith October 1932 – February 2022 1
