Obituary of Steve Senkowski

Steve Senkowski, 44, of Chatsworth, CA, passed away on December 14, 2021, in Van Nuys, CA. 

Steve was born in Northridge, CA to Stanley and Barbara Senkowski on February 8, 1977. Steve attended Chatsworth High School and graduated in 1995. In his younger years, he was an exceptional athlete. He played baseball for the Chatsworth Junior Baseball league and football for the Chatsworth Chiefs. He excelled at any sport he participated in. Steve was a hard worker and succeeded at whatever he put his mind to. He was handsome, loving and in his calmer and more uplifting moments was a very warm and endearing person.

Steve is survived by his daughter, Taylor Brown, and his son, Kole Justus.  He is also survived by his father, Stanley Senkowski, his sisters Sandy Randall and Cynthia Rushton, and his brothers, Michael, Robert, and Mark Ladendecker. 

Please join us for a celebration of Steve’s life at the Rose Family Funeral Home & Cremation at 4444 Cochran Street in Simi Valley on Tuesday, December 28, 2021.  A Viewing will take place from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, immediately followed by a Service with Father McNamara officiating from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.  The Burial will be held at the San Fernando Mission Catholic Cemetery at 11160 Stranwood Avenue in Mission Hills from 1 pm to 2 pm.  A Reception will follow at Yolanda’s Mexican Café at 590 E. Los Angeles Avenue in Simi Valley from 2 pm to 4 pm.
