Obituary of William Thomas Waters III

William Waters III passed away on June 18, 2020 at home at the age of 76. Bill was born in Stockton, California on May 27, 1944 to William and Barbara Waters. He was the oldest of 3 children. He went to high school at Saint Mary’s and graduated in 1962. He went on to study at Sacramento State University. Bill loved his family and was a devoted husband and father. When he wasn’t busy building or fixing things he could be found enjoying time outdoors. He enjoyed camping, fishing and boating with family and friends. Bill is survived by his wife, Lisa; his children Bill, Kimberly, and Angela; his grandchildren Alex, Evan, Gracie and Emma; and his son-in-law, Jeff. A private funeral service for family will be held Friday, June 26.
