Carolyn Ann Ensley, 75, of Woodland Hills, California, passed away on March 8, 2020 in Canoga Park.
Funeral service will be held at the Oakwood Memorial Park, 22601 Lassen St., Chatsworth, CA 91311 on March 13th at 1:30 PM with Pastor Paul Brown of Bridge Bible Fellowship officiating. Viewing will be held at the Rose Family Funeral Home, 4444 Cochran St., Simi Valley, CA 93063 on the same day at 9:00 AM. Rose Family Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements.
Carolyn Ann Ensley was born in Culver City, California to Ross and Rose Linstrom on October 2, 1944. She graduated from Reseda Adult School in 1963. She went on to study Math and Art at Pierce College. Carolyn was a homemaker; her biggest enjoyment in life was her family. She loved God and professed her faith in Jesus Christ in 1960 at a church in Topanga Canyon. She enjoyed the theatre, trips to the beach and was an adventurer at heart. She loved serving in the church choir and was a member of the Gideon’s International Women’s Auxiliary Van Nuys Camp.
Carolyn is survived by her Husband Phil; Children: Catherine Tedeski, Barbara Radecki and Sarah Hamawe; Grandchildren: Rayann Soliz-Albright, Kainan Sandavol, Clarisa Knepprath, Alyson Quinlan, Charla Peterman, Angel Fabricatore, Rex Tedeski, Catelyn Tedeski, Kailee Tedeski, Rebecca Bullock and Lyla Hamawe; Great-Grandchildren: Robbie-Rex Soliz Albright, Kaleb Soliz-Albright, ReaganRose Soliz Albright, Dean Soliz-Albright, Sage Knepprath, Andrew Knepprath, Dakota Knepprath, Ethan Quinlan, Evan Quinlan, Elijah Quinlan, Rex Tedeski III, Dorothy Tedeski, Kennedy Peterman, Grace Fabricatore, Theodore Bullock; and her sister Arlene Linstrom.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ross and Rose Linstrom and her brother Richard “Rick” Linstrom.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of the close friends and family who surrounded her with love in her final days.
