Frances M. Rosenow Trautmann- beloved daughter, cherished sister, devoted, wife, and loving mother & grandmother  was born in Litchfield, MN to farmers, Rudolph and Esther Rosenow on February 1,1937. She was one of eight children.

Following high school she obtained her professional beautician license and later, became an exceptional employee at MMM where she met her husband Wil.  The two moved to California in 1964 where she raised her two daughters, Ann and Dawn. During those years she worked with food service in the Conejo Valley allowing her time to greet her children as they returned from school, fill her home with the delicious smells of family recipes, play hostess to visiting relatives, enjoy family celebrations, and spend time with her cherished  neighbors and friends.

Fran found joy in life’s simple pleasures including her bingo group at the senior center and women’s club luncheons, time spent  gardening, keeping up with current events, hunting for treasures at the thrift stores, outings with her favorite gal pals, laughter filled conversations of childhood memories, and the comfort of her deeply rooted faith.

Family, Faith & Friendship were the highlights to her life.

Frances is survived by her immediate family:  Wil, husband of 58 years, daughters Ann and Dawn, sister Rita, son- in-law, Dennis and grandsons Connor and Cooper.
